Find the best beaches in Amsterdam
While beach holidays may not be the first thing you would expect to find in Amsterdam’s most major city, there are a number of manmade city beaches within easy reach of your Amsterdam hotel by public transport. If you go a little further, you can enjoy a full beach resort as well.

It’s not hard to see why, with its exciting DJ sets hosted regularly during summer on the sand, plus lots of great places to go for food and drink. Yoga, salsa, movie screenings and much more also take place right here at the beach. You can even get here by tram, making this Amsterdam beach an ideal choice for a short visit.
